
Mis intereses de investigación se centran en el estudio de la facultad humana del lenguaje dentro del marco de la ciencia cognitiva. Hasta la fecha, mi trabajo ha abordado diversos aspectos, como el análisis de las variables subyacentes en la organización de las palabras en la memoria, o la representación de la información semántica en la memoria de individuos bilingües. Paralelamente, he contribuido al desarrollo de numerosas bases de datos que proporcionan datos normativos relacionados con variables que influyen en el procesamiento léxico. También he participado en estudios a gran escala que analizan la frecuencia de las palabras en catalán y su nivel de familiaridad en la población. Mis intereses de investigación se extienden al estudio del proceso de adquisición de nuevos conceptos y a la exploración de modelos distribucionales del lenguaje. En mis investigaciones, empleo diversas técnicas experimentales, como medidas conductuales de tiempos de reacción y medidas fisiológicas, incluyendo el seguimiento del diámetro pupilar a través de la tecnología de eye-tracking.
