My research interests focus on the study of the human faculty of language within the framework of cognitive science. To date, my work has addressed various aspects, such as the analysis of the variables underlying the organization of words in memory, or the representation of semantic information in the memory of bilingual individuals. In parallel, I have contributed to the development of numerous databases that provide normative data related to variables that influence lexical processing. I have also participated in large-scale studies analyzing the frequency of Catalan words and their level of familiarity in the population. My research interests extend to the study of the process of acquisition of new concepts and the exploration of distributional models of language. In my research, I employ a variety of experimental techniques, such as behavioural measures of reaction times and physiological measures, including pupillary diameter monitoring through eye-tracking technology.
